Rachel Berry specialises in dispute resolution matters, court advocacy and employment tribunals, acting for both the employee and the employer. She has experience in a wide variety of litigation areas including, employment and immigration – both contentious and non contentious work, contract disputes ranging from debt recovery to complex technical construction disputes, insurance work, particularly personal injury claims, general negligence actions and contentious probate matters.
Rachel was named as Leader in her Field by Chambers Europe 2010.
Rachel joined the firm in August 2005 as a trainee advocate, having passed the legal practice course at the College of Law in York. She was called to the Manx bar in November 2006 and qualified after 2 year period of articles in October 07.
